Conjure & Mars Team, Scream for Ice Cream
Conjure CEO Ali Ahmed debuts new partnership at Curbivore
Conjure CEO Ali Ahmed was on-site at Curbivore last Friday to celebrate the startup’s just-launched partnership with Mars, Incorporated. Conjure brought a truck to the premiere industry event to showcase the innovative new distribution option for ice cream products that include M&M's, Snickers, and Twix branded treats.
Conjure, formerly Robomart, is pushing a “store-hailing concept” whereby consumers can order a vehicle stocked with goods for them to then choose from. While this represents a scaling back from the technical ambition of the company’s earlier autonomous delivery concept, the tightened focus seems to have accelerated the company’s rollout, following a launch with Unilever late last year.
"We are thrilled to partner with Mars to expand our offering to consumers through our on-demand mobile ice cream stores," said Ali Ahmed, Co-Founder & CEO of Conjure. "Mars' ice cream brands are the perfect addition to our platform, and we believe this partnership will be a game-changer in the ice cream industry."
