Interview: Flytrex CEO Talks Expansion Plans
Yariv Bash shares what's next for drone company after Part 135 Certification
Drone delivery startup Flytrex, and its operating partner Causey Aviation Unmanned, recently made waves for receiving Part 135 Air Carrier Certification. This allows the company to conduct flights beyond the line of sight, a milestone previously only achieved by bluechip transportation companies like UPS, Amazon Prime Air, Zipline and Alphabet’s Wing.
Prior to certification, Flytrex operated in five markets - four in North Carolina and one in Texas - and delivered for brands that include Starbucks, Brinker International, Unilever and Taco Bell. With this coveted certification in hand, OttOmate sat down with Flytrex CEO & Co-Founder Yariv Bash for an exclusive interview, to discuss what comes next for the high-flying startup.
