If you ever wonder why I’m so bullish on server robots, just Google “restaurant server robot.” Typically the first page is filled with local news stories from different cities around the country talking about some small mom n’ pop or maybe a regional chain getting a server robot. (Every story is basically a riff on “it’s not science fiction, that’s a real robot…”)
