Restaurant Dive has a story up this week about new survey data from Big Red Rooster that shows nearly a third of restaurant customers don’t want to see robots making their food. From that story:

Thirty-two percent of diners would prefer not to see robots prepare their food, according to Big Red Rooster research emailed to Restaurant Dive. Nearly 30% of restaurant customers would be skeptical if they viewed robots prepping meals or delivering food to tables. 

Should this survey concern restaurant operators looking to automate kitchen operations?
