The News

  • Udelv unveiled its autonomous Transporter delivery vehicle at CES 2022 today.

  • The electric vehicle is cab-less and features a modular, swappable cargo pod. With the uPod, the Transporter can carry 2,000 pounds of goods, make 80 stops per cycle at highway speeds, and has a range of between 160 to 300 miles, depending on battery pack

  • The transporter could find a welcome market in the supply chain-strained middle mile.

The Story

Between an ongoing global pandemic and labor issues squeezing the supply chain, there’s more of a need for autonomous delivery vehicles than ever. Udelv, which has been in the autonomous delivery game since 2018, showed off its driverless solution, the Transporter, at CES this week.
