White Castle to Install Flippy 2 Robots at 100 Locations

The Story

Progress moves slowly… until it moves quickly. White Castle announced its first pilot program using Miso Robotics’ Flippy robot almost two years ago. After initially expanding the use of Flippy from one to 11 locations in 2020, White Castle now seems to be jumping into the deep end with the robotic fry cook.

The news re-affirms Miso’s decision to forego flipping burgers and focus on frying, and is a nice feather in the cap as it looks to bring on more brands (and raise more money).
