Hestia Robotics' Coffee Robot K2 Sports Latte Art Printing and AR Glasses
The News
Hestia Robotics released the latest model of its Coffee Robot K2 earlier this month. In addition to making a variety of coffee drinks, the robot prints customizable latte art on foam and uses AR glasses with remote support to help with maintenance and troubleshooting.
The robot’s software offers white label iOS an Android apps.
Based in Zhuhai City, China, Hestia Robotics is spun out of research developed at Fudan University in Zhuhai. The company says it has bartender and bubble tea robots in development as well.
The Story
Given that coffee is the most commonly consumed beverage in the world, it’s no wonder there are so many companies building their own barista bots around the globe. We can now add Hestia Robotics to that growing list with its appropriately named Coffee Robot K2.
