Louisiana-based Speedy Eats is an intersting new entrant into the automated retailing game, with an unstaffed drive-thru concept that aims to serve up prepared meals, beverages, snacks and even alcohol or prescriptions.
Founded by Speed Bancroft (what a fitting name,) the company has two store models currently in testing. Speedy Eats works with local operators / franchisors, and with one such partner plans to make its first location open to the public in July.
